Annual General Meeting 2024
to be held:
Friday 5th July to Sunday 7th July
@ The Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa, Walderslade Woods,
Chatham, Kent ME5 9AX
Including a visit to Chatham Dockyard and the Call the Midwife Set.
Prices are based on Dinner, Bed and full English Breakfast
2 Nights including Gala Dinner £249 per person sharing
3 Nights including Gala Dinner £319 per person sharing
Supplement - £25 per person, per night on single occupancy rooms
Thursday 4 July has been negotiated as a 3rd night for £70 per person sharing. This may make it easier for some to arrive in time to attend the AGM at 1700 on Friday 5 July.
If you wish to make the Sunday 7 July the 3rd or even the 4th night, (again £70/pppn sharing) you will need to speak with Cheryl at Just for Groups direct as availability is limited.
ITINERARY
Thursday/Friday - Check in from 3pm. Dinner 7.30pm in the main restaurant
Friday Tea and coffee will be available from 4.30 pm, prior to the AGM which will be held at 5pm the Maidstone Suite with Dinner at 7.30pm in the Main Restaurant.
Saturday Post breakfast there is a full day visit to Historic Chatham Dockyards, which provided the RN with ships for over 414yrs.
A costumed midwife will lead a guided tour around the "streets of Poplar" where some of the outdoor scenes from the TV series Call The Midwife were filmed.
This evenings Gala Dinner is in the Hogarth Suite. Seated 7.30 for 8
The meal includes a complimentary glass of wine
Sunday Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10am
Dinner, for those staying is at 7.30pm in the Main restaurant.
Checkout for those leaving is before 11am
Monday Check out before 11am for those who stayed the Sunday night

This event is open to QARNNS Association Members only, whilst
Partners are welcome to enjoy the rest of the weekend with us.
Membership is open to Serving Personnel, Reserves and Retired members of the QARNNS as well as VAD's (RN). Fees are just £10.00 payable by Standing Order on joining and thereafter on the 15 March on an annual basis.
