Events 2024
The Branch had a successful meet up on 30th May with 5 of our members. During an interesting AGM, with lively debate, coffee was consumed and we made our way to the nearby Cote Brasserie for lunch.
Following lunch we made our way to The Thames and a couple made it across and back on the Millennium Bridge - the rest of us strolled and looked at the river.
We have a couple of meet ups in the pipeline and all enjoy catching up. The Branch is going strong!!

The Shire Horse, Littlewick Green, Maidenhead - November 2023
Cliveden House & Gardens - June 2023
A small group of us met to enjoy walking in the pretty gardens and admire the spectacular view over the River Thames and beyond. There was much reminiscing and laughter as we chatted and caught up with life over coffee and lunch in the Garden Cafe.
Despite our group reducing in size as travel and health become more challenging, our small group who managed to make the date always manage to have a good time. Food, service and the company were excellent, so a good time was had by all.
The Branch Members continue to meet up at least a couple of times a year, the latest being to Cliveden National Trust Property for coffee and a walk around as suited the individuals.
