The event was held on w/e Friday 11th - Sunday 13th April 2025 at the Marriott Delta Hotel in Bristol.

 

At the 2025 AGM, the following role changes were approved:

• New QARNNS main Secretary: Lt Vicky Thomas (taking over from Bobby Moth) Secretary email: QARNNSAssocSec@gmail.com

• New Social Secretary: Bobby Moth, swapping from main Secretary role to become Social Secretary (taking over from Elaine Hayward). Many thanks to Elaine for her enormous efforts and success in the social sec role.

• New Website Editor: Bobby Moth (taking over from Carol Lewis). Many thanks to Carol for her hard work and dedication to starting the website. Web Editor email: QARNNSAssocWebEd@gmail.com

Facebook Page: The Committee agreed to launch our own QARNNS Association Facebook page (a private/closed page for our QARNNS Association - only viewable to our members) this is now available, the social secretary will contact each current member to give them access to the Facebook page, or contact QARNNSAssocSocialSec@gmail.com for more details.

Events: Please be aware, you will need to be a member of the QARNNS Association to attend most events, with the exception of the annual QARNNS Service of Remembrance at either Haslar Church (or Portsmouth Cathedral 5 yearly), at which all QARNNS past and present are welcome (but you would need to be a member or an invited guest for the Portsmouth Local Branch lunch after the service).

This year's Gala Dinner 2025

• The Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening was a joint event with the Royal Naval Medical Branch and Sick Berth Staff Association, it was the first time we had planned a joint venture and it was a huge success.
