The 2026 AGM and Gala Dinner has now been confirmed for Friday 17th - Sunday 19th April 2026 at the Liner Hotel, Liverpool. As with our 2025 Gala Dinner, it will be a joint event with our RNMBR & SBS Association colleagues.

• Date of event: Friday 17th April until Sunday 19th April 2026

• Location: The Liner Hotel, Liverpool

• Price £329 pp (includes Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for BOTH nights)

• Includes Private Gala Dinner on Saturday night with half bottle of wine per person

• Single supplement of £45 per night

• £2.40 visitor charge per room per night

Extras (additional costs)

• Optional coach travel from Fareham/Gosport to Liverpool and return for £70 pp

• Optional excursion to Beatles Museum on Saturday 18th April, departing 13:30 & returning 16:15. Includes coach transfer £26pp

• Option to stay an extra night with B&B (i.e. Thursday or Sunday)

For those travelling by train, The Liner Hotel is only 200m from Lime Street Station. For those driving, car parking is free.
