Although our AGM’s will be separate, the intention is to join together with the Royal Naval Medical Branch Ratings & Sick Berth Staff Association for a Reunion weekend.

 

The prices quoted are only valid for a short time and might change. Likewise, we need to ensure availability of all the rooms we need.

With that in mind, it is requested that you contact their Membership Secretary (membership@docrn.org.uk) as soon as possible to register your intent to attend to help in gauging the number of rooms to be reserved.

 

QARNNS Association Members will have received an email with an introductory letter and a booking form on Saturday 29 August. Please note on the booking form, full payment (if possible) or a £100 deposit is to be paid by 10th September 2024. Payment and contact details are on the booking form. The balance is to be paid, no later than 13th December 2024

 

All QARNNS Association Members attending, will receive a £30 subsidy for their evening meal. Contrary to the email, there is only one eatery at the hotel but there are a number in close proximity to the hotel.

ROOM RATES CURRENTLY QUOTED AS:-​

• £104.00 Standard Double Bedroom per room, per night base on single occupancy

• £114.00 Standard Double Bedroom per room, per night based on single occupancy, including Breakfast.

• £124.00 Standard Double Bedroom per room, per night based on double occupancy, including Breakfast.

• £144.00 Standard Twin Bedroom (Consisting of two double beds), per room, per night based on double occupancy, including Breakfast.

(This may be an option for singletons willing to share a room to benefit from the slight reduction in cost).

Pre-booked breakfast is £10 per head.
There will be a 3 course Gala Dinner on Saturday 12th April at a cost of £50 per head.

For the weekend indicative package price for a couple staying two nights and attending the gala dinner is therefore approximately £348.​
